Account & data deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your Yoopee account (published by YOOPEE SARL) and all associated personal data. No sign-in is required, and you can submit this request even if you have already uninstalled the app.

Option 1 — Directly in the app (immediate)
  1. 1Open the Yoopee app and sign in.
  2. 2Open the menu (☰ top-right), then “Account”.
  3. 3Tap “Delete my account”.
  4. 4Confirm your identity if prompted, then confirm the deletion.

Your account and data are permanently deleted within 24 hours.

Option 2 — By email (without the app)

Email us from the address linked to your Yoopee account, with the subject “Yoopee account deletion”. We will verify your identity via this address and then process the deletion.

Processing time: within 30 days at the latest after verification.

Data that will be deleted
  • Your account: name/nickname, email address, user ID.
  • Your session history, regularity calendar and statistics.
  • Your preferences (sounds, vibrations, reminders).
  • Your push notification tokens (FCM) and account-linked technical identifiers.
